Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Due to the nature of our production and quality control process, each item is carefully inspected before shipment.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in appearance
